form needs to be submitted latest by 1900 Hrs. on 6th December 2008.

available is 95. (Open seats 72, Management seats 23)

The Shri Ram School
has a split campus. The Junior School is in Vasant Vihar and the Senior School
is in DLF Phase III, Gurgaon.

Instructions for filling the Registration Form

Children whose birth
date falls between 1st October 2004 and 31st March
2006 are eligible for registration for the academic session
2009-2010.

You may apply online
through the website OR submit the offline form which is available from - The
Shri Ram Vatika, D-3 Street, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi - 110057. It would be
preferable that the online form be filled.

advised to fill in only one form - either Online OR
Offline, to avoid cancellation of both the forms.

The online and
offline registration forms will be available from 1st December 2008
to 6th December 2008. Offline forms will be received till
1600 hours, 12th December 2008. Online applications close at 1900
hours, 6th December 2008.

for filling Online Forms

This is an electronic
registration form for the The Shri Ram Vatika (Pre-School) Vasant Vihar. Please
read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the
rejection of your form.

Each form will be
issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly
take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the
status of your application and for any further correspondence.

Do not press the
ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse
control for the same.

After completing the

admission is the first born child
